This is the form we use to build your Quotewyze install. The more detail you give us, the faster we can ship a setup that genuinely fits how you work. Average completion time is about 25 minutes. You can save a draft any time by leaving this page open.

Your quotes and email history

The single most useful section. We can't design something better than what you do today unless we see what you do today.

Upload your last 10 quote documents * PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, PNG. Up to 10 files, 10MB each. Anonymise client names if needed. How many of those 10 were accepted? Why do you think you lose the quotes you lose?

Inbox access

To build something that actually fits how you sell, we need to see the back-and-forth of real quote conversations. Pick whichever option you're most comfortable with.

1. Connect Gmail or Outlook

Read-only OAuth access. Auto-expires 14 days. You can revoke at any time from a link in your confirmation email.

What exactly are we asking for?

By connecting your inbox you grant Quotewyze read-only access for the setup period only. We cannot send, delete, or modify any emails. Access expires automatically after 14 days and can be revoked at any time. Every access is logged with a timestamp.

Gmail scope: gmail.readonly — nothing else.
Outlook permission: Mail.Read — nothing else.
Any scope that includes write access is rejected by our system.

2. Share a folder

Create a folder in your email called Quotewyze, drag in your relevant quote threads, and share it with setup@quotewyze.co.

Four specific email threads that help most

An accepted quote — the back-and-forth from first enquiry to the customer saying "yes". Shows us what your wins look like.
A rejected or ghosted quote — especially a recent one. Shows us the friction points we need to fix.
A revised quote — one where you sent v1, the customer pushed back, and you sent v2. Shows us how negotiation actually flows for you.
A difficult or disputed quote — scope creep, refund request, complaint, etc. Shows us how we need to handle T&Cs and payment terms.

So we can pre-load your product/service catalogue into Quotewyze.
